I've spent over a decade obsessed with improving the productivity of my design process. I've tested, iterated, and made mistakes and I want to share all that stuff with you.

Who am I? I'm a lead product designer with over 11 years of experience working with agencies, startups and enterprises. In my career, I've hired and mentored designers, lead design teams, developed humongous design systems from scratch, and worked with some cool companies along the way.
